TEAM BUILDING FAQs
Are you open during the regular workday hours of 8am to 5pm?
While our normal daily opening time is 2:30 pm (Wednesday through Friday), we are available for private team building experiences earlier in the day and on other days of the week. These experiences are made by reservation. Contact us and we’ll work with you to understand the size of your group and your goals and will then create a schedule/experience that works best for your team.
Do you have a conference room we could debrief in?
If this is something you are interested in, we are able to provide access to a private room that will accommodate groups of all sizes. There’s ample meeting space opportunities in downtown Bristol — many without charge if you are going to be eating and meeting. We’ll be happy to help you coordinate. Two of our favorite locations are Stateline Bar & Grille (next door) and the Piedmont Room (just across the street). This beautiful space is perfect for everything from meetings to parties! Beautifully decorated and equipped with the latest technology, both locations are excellent! And, what’s better — both are locally owned by some of the finest folks you’ll ever meet — with OUTSTANDING food choices!
Are your games wheelchair accessible?
Yes! We have two main floor games that are wheelchair accessible. We designed our games in such a way that they would be fun for everyone.
We would like to host a holiday party at your location. Is that possible?
Yes, absolutely. We are available for both daytime and evening private party events. Please contact us via email or phone and we will be glad to help you plan a fantastic corporate event!

Located in the heart of downtown Bristol on State Street, The Tri-Cities Escape game is mere steps from some of the best dining in all of the Tri-Cities.
